I booked a hotel at Middleton Inn, kolkata from 12th dec to 15th dec, but checked out on 13th dec as hotel rooms were very untidy. I was assured of money refund by Goibibo. But they are not reverting. Money refund for poor hotel was last modified: December 29th, 2023 by Consumer Court

Hi Goibibo is a scam. They attract consumer with voucher. Later at payment getaway they charge more. Here my hotel rate is around 3k. But they charging 4k.
