I purchased smartwatch from Flipkart on 9.Jun.2023. On 7.Sep.2023 my smartwatch Alt OG Smartwatch got dead completely. On 8.Sep.2023 I registered a complaint on alt og company website vide ticket id 22279. Till date no warranty has been provided and no reverse pickup is made to repair or replace the watch.
