Coco cash loan

Sir /madam I tak loan from one coco cash company..10000 rupees from three diffrent accounts ..I will try to pay loan borrow from last few days ..they harassing and threat to my family..they ask send money only to one personal UPI IDs..I send 3000…but can’t show in app…please solve it my harassing ..and stop solution sir
