Trying to port my sim from bsnl to another operator the upc request doesn’t get it, each time they charge 1.2 rs and try to contact with customer care executive but behavior of her is verry rude. Bsnl request for upc has been delayed was last modified: August 30th, 2023 by Consumer Court
