dear sir. the amount has been deducted from the bank account to the merchant’s account & has not been reflected back from 2 months, the transaction was on 19 April to JVVNL( ELECTRIC BILL). amount debited from bank but not processed further was last modified: July 8th, 2022 by Consumer Court
