I am not able to have clear network at my place in Nashik despite an airtel tower nearby. Kindly look into this matter at the earliest. No network in my house was last modified: October 12th, 2020 by Consumer Court

I made a recharge of Rs.558 to my airtel prepaid number 9423170986 today (10th October 2020) 12.13 A.M.. Amount was deducted from my bank account as I paid through UPI option. Now I am not able to see the transaction in thanks app as well as it was not reflected in my number. Tried reaching through thanks app but no option to raise a complaint there, 121 ans 198 is not working, it’s driving me crazy. Please do the needful ASAP.
