Hello,
I ordered a tablet from bookmytab.com (Wizpad S15 on 4/1/21) however I did not receive any email from them regarding the order and payment, which I did in full. I tried to contact their customer care number but it was always in busy mode. I was never able to contact them myself.
On 4/1, I got 2 calls from them from the below numbers to verify the address for the courier: 9711248329 and 9711242070.
I got the delivery today (6/1/21) but as expected (since I had read the complaints meanwhile):
a) The tablet received was totally different (with no brand name etc).
b) An old tablet with lots of scratches on it – horrible looking.
c) Very old configuration, totally not what I had ordered
I tried calling the above 2 numbers and both are in busy tone.
I wrote to their customer support email and the email did not get delivered – most likely fake email address.
Overall, please take strict action on them and help is getting a refund.
