My order number: 307682220

It’s been more than 2 months to this order and I’ve not received my table and neither have I got any resolution from you irresponsible bunch of people. I’ve been initiating multiple chats, giving missed calls, writing emails but in vain. I can’t even cancel the order and get refund as the option has been disabled by you guys. I’ve no option but to suffer each and everyday by calling you guys and pleading you to resolve my issue but no one responds.

Then suddenly without any notice after 2 months they deliver a defective product to me. I initiated return immediately but now they are not refunding me the amount. They refuse to initiate refund process.

I was also assigned a case manager and that lazy lady gave me false promises of resolution and the matter is still unresolved. I’ve been suffering immense amount of mental torture from you guys and harassed each and everyday. I’m a common man and this company has cheated me of my money and emotionally drained me.

You’re not even considering my emails and giving me autoreplies that my case number is closed! Customer care guys simply leave chats informing that the case is closed while it is not.
Are you serious? Are you guys for real??? Have an ounce of shame swindlers.

I’m having serious issues right now and will initiate legal action against the company. This is my last notice to you.
