I have bought redmi note 10 pro in August 2021. Few days earlier after update of miui 14 , suddenly my phone shows that system iu is not responding and phone was freezed so I have done fast boot after that my phone’s speaker, mic,selfie camera stopped working at all and when reach to mi service center then they told u have an issue with motherboard ,I am literally shocked that how? They told me that if you repair your motherboard it will charge about 5000 and if you replace it then it will charge about 10000 . honestly it is very huge amount and I leave the service center.
I come to know about that same problem arises in many redmi phone after update of miui 14. So I have humble request to redmi company that please fixed this issue as it your ui bugs that creating a motherboard issue.
