Dear concern,

I would like to inform you that today I have recharged Amt Rs.329 to  my other no. *******902 through my Jio App with route”Recharge for a friend” and I select the number through contact icon. But unfortunately this amt has recharged in my Post Paid number while we have not select this.

Really this is very serious concern how this has happened. It means data/Documents is not secure with Jio, because after that we call to customers care executives but he have not help on this.

Requesting you kindly add this amt in my Post paid bill or transfer to desired numbers.
