Bought symphony sumo 75xl from a authorised local dealer but the cooler doesn’t cool. The ceiling fan is better than it. Upon contacting customer care they are registering complaint and giving the number of the service technician of another area who claims to be not his area. It’s already been 12 days since bought the product and it’s summer here with raging sun. I feel like they are just making time waste. It’s causing a lot of disturbance psychologically and also physically as it just blows hot air.
