SUDDEN SWITCHING OF WHATS APP
I use Airtel service for my calling and whats app separately. The one I use for whats app only was recharged 08.08.2020, I found that on my whats app some display pic bearing an unknown face appeared and my own d.p vanished . When I tried to access the phone from other phone , an unknown person replied AND my phone account shew no recharge.
I am astonished that the same no. with what app , how can be given to other customer.
Why the money of recharge didn’t appear in the account.
The SIM being my property for which I paid , can it be made defunct without my knowledge and given to other. A resolve is sought presently. Thanking you Swapna Ghosh.
