Dear Sir,
I have been using this connection for the last one year. On Aug 18th, wide online upgraded my plan to 1999 (300 mbps speed). Billing and plan upgrade started immediately from the billing plan.
I haven’t found any improvement of speed with frequent breakdowns. Finally got frustrated and placed my complaint the day before yesterday.
Yesterday, Airtel technician visited my home, found I was connected as per the earlier package and he connected to 5G connection feed. though still the speed is less than the offered new package.
There was no instruction or advice from your team until yesterday, to switch to the new package, which is surprising and shocking.
There was no feedback taken till yesterday on the effectiveness of the new upgrade.
Last three months, though the package has been upgraded in your system, I was using the previous package benefits till 15th Nov. I hereby place a claim to revoke my bills as per the previous package till 15th Nov.
Expecting a suitable proposal and response from your end.
