Text of Complaint by Gopal Biswas:

I have raised request on 16 feb and 05 march to return bharatpe swipe machine but no agent came pick up.the swipe machine and they canceled these requests without my knowledge.

Again I raised return request 23 March 2023 still the machine is not icked up, when I call customer they are prolonging dates.
