We are a regular customer of swiggy instamart. Recently in our order they missed four products but bill was prepaid every time. They gave refund for three products when we compained. But later due to medical emergency we didn’t check the whole order later after 96 hrs where we realised ensure vanilal bo x703 rupees which costs is missing. And immediately we raised a refund complaint, contacted many times through mails only thing they were saying is they can’t refund after 96 hrs even though we are saying it’s a medical emergency we were in and it never happened without checking still not ready to give refund and it’s already this order they missed three products were they refunded.
