Text of Complaint by Kanupriya Singh:

I had placed an order on Swiggy instamart the order was not processed but the money was deducted from my account it’s been more than 15 days .. I have complained about it many times on Swiggy app but evrytime they say the same thing that it will be refunded in a weeks time..but yesterday some chat executive said that the failed payment has not reached the Swiggy portal ..in fact one of their advisors had given me a call after I contacted on the chat and he said it will be refunded in 48 hours but still I haven’t received any response and yesterday the executive gave me a call upon my complain at 12:22 am …wat the hell is this …heights of torturing someone….please help
