I had ordered three Epigamia Yogurts from Swiggy Instamart along with multiple other items. The yogurt tasted and smelled bad although it was within expiry date threshold. The two yogurts I had already opened and reached out to customer care executive (Moumita Pal) as I felt the taste was bad. She asked me for the images which I am not sure how would be helpful to validate my claim of bad taste and smell. She asked me to open the third yogurt too, which smelled bad again and asked for the images. She straight off refused saying they cannot validate my claim with images (which was anyways obvios). This is such pathetic customer service from Swiggy Instamart with no focus on customer feedback
