I want to explain everything here so that I can put my point clearly
I ordered yellow banana chips of quantity 180 gm packet priced with 75 rs but got 150 gm packets.
So I paid full price for 04 packets and they should be of 180 gm each but got 150 gm each.
I have provided all the information but they are saying unable to validate. Neither they are providing me refund nor they are replacing the products, they are simply denying it by saying that they can not validate it.
What more information do they need to validate it.
Isn’t this a scam? Mentioning something and providing something else.
