I ordered something from instamart swiggy around 1 am. After delivering the product he asked me to fill his water bottle which I agreed, after then he went away. but after some time he called me back for multiple times and then he tried approaching me, he said “it was nice talking to you and can we have chit chat”. I need to ask is this the right way to talk to customers, just get your work done and leave. This kind of behaviour is totally unacceptable and filthy. it’s just down your the reputation of the company. I’m really disappointed by this.
