I have ordered SwifyTM Table Fan on 16th October 2023 from Poshure.com with Order Number : 393483. I have received this order on 19th October 2023. I have paid 1200/- cash amount on the same day. I have asked for refund of this amount through email. I have for refund because of following reasons :
1. Diameter of Fan mentioned in online side is 7.6 inch and actual I received Fan with Diameter size is 6.5 inch.
2. In online side mentioned that Fan height can be extended upto 39.3 inch but actually it can be extended upto 14 inch only.
3. Charging current rating mentioned for Fan in online side is upto 2A but on actual Fan I received mentioned is upto only 1A.
4. Main fault in Fan is after Charging for 3 hours also it’s not working. I think it is not chargeable
Please help me in refund of fake product.
