Same thing is happening with me , and the question is when does the action will be taken against them.
There is data breaching , mental harassment and 40% interest on loan is illegals anyway .
Question is for consumer forum, why we are suffering ,why there is no action against them ?
okey lends approved my loan without my consent and i immediately called them back to cancel it and they told me to sent received money back to them through upi and write a note to cancel my loan with it which i did and they told me your loan is cancelled but after some days i started getting abusive texts on my whatsapp to pay money otherwise they will edit my image and send that to my contacts which they did. They started blackmailing me so i registered complaint to cyber crime about it and they started to take action on it but still i am being harassed. i have taken loan from kreedbee and kisht also, they never did these things but now im afraid if i pay them back money and they wont bother me again. Should i pay back loan amount to them or not, i want to clear my loan and end it
