I had taken few loan products from Swift loan app in Sep 2022. All loans are 3000 and they credit only 1800 and payment is 7 days period. I kept doing rollover payments because I am going through a financial crisis. This month on Nov i am overdue by a day or 2 so their agents call. Me non stop, harass me send abusive messages and even sent morphed pictures to my contacts. I have told them i need sometime to pay off and i am not defaulting. Yet they call from unrecognised numbers and whatsapp non stop and some agents are horrible. They say horrible things. I am on my way to file a complaint with cybersecurity division because inspite of me being loyal and paying them interest on time just for a delay of 2 to 3 days they are blackmailing me. You should remove this Swift loan app from playstore. They are a NBFC and not registered with RBI. They are a scam and frauds. And their service and this harassment is not correct especially when they know that the client is genuine. Please take immediate action and i have a list of numbers and chat history to send you. Please tell me where i can do so. I will email you. But they need to be patient and stop harassing clients.

I can understand your situation. you are in a trap. But dont worry Please call 1930 and complain immediately. Some how you need to take loan from RBI approved and close these loans or you can reach out us for free help by emailing to againstloanapps@gmail.com.
