Text of Complaint by Rashmi Bansal:

I registered with Swastik Matrimony Services and I paid amount of 5100 to them through Paytm to provide me some matrimonial biodata. And they said they will provide me at least 3 biodata to me in a week. But till now they have not giving me a proper response after complaining many times to them.

I (My Father) gave the payment on request of Ms Versha and I last talked to Ms Pooja for not providing the proper service to me.
