Hello sir
Good evening
This is D.Sravan Kumar having Airtel mobile services with contact number 7794913899. Sir, this complaint is regarding worst services with Airtel stores. Sir, I’ve requested for swapping the Airtel SIM from postpaid to prepaid. I’ve visited the stores multiple number of times.There is no response from the resources working here, they are just neglecting customers concerns and making fun. I’ve also contacted customer support, and we didn’t even hear back anything from them
I’d like to inform you to please take an immediate action and request you to swap the SIM and activate the services as early as possible.
