I ordered a refurbished smartphone Vivo V23 smartphone on 15/11/2022 and paid Rs. 2399.00 through Paytm gateway under transaction No. 71128. Later I found the web address to be suspicious as I did not receive any acknowledgement from the said entity, Refurbishedkart.com. The contact no. +919913357292 given for any query by the website is being unreachable so far. I need a refund
