Dear Sir or Madam,
I got a call from this number +91 91299 43953. The person claimed his name is Deepak and he is calling from Shopclues.com to refund my money for the product i purchased.
He asked for my debit card number, expiry date and CVV , while i shared my debit card number, i got suspicious once he asked for other details and refused to give.
This guy said these calls are recorded and it is safe to share the other details. I strongly feel, this guy is Fraud or Spam caller want to know the debit card details and to initiate fraudulent transactions.
One of relative lost money by sharing such details . Can concerned department look at this urgently, as they are targetting lot of people ( especially senior citizens).
Why it should be so difficult to track such persons , where we already have their mobile number.
Kindly take action against these fradulent agents please.
