I am having enough balance in my mobile account but the outgoing facility is suspended. I am receiving calls. I have contacted the customer care and they said documents are missing. I told them that I am using this sim for more than ten years. The sim was in my father’s name. After their reply my father went to nearby store and applied for duplicate sim after submitting proof. Now the sim is also got activated. Again I was not able to make calls. This issue continuous for the past seven days.
