Hi,

Airtel Dish company Suspended of my account and taken my Rs.260 recharge amount. Why they done it. I done the recharge amount of Rs 260 on 23rd March 2023 morning 6.58 AM and someone recharged Rs 1251 from other state to my account on same day afternoon. Yesterday they reversed all the amount including my recharge amount Rs.260 and transferred to that person Airtel Dish tv account why they done this type of service and suspended my account. Now it’s showing 0 balance and expired in my Airtel Dish tv account. I asked to reverse my amount 260 to my account. I spoken five times to customer care executive from 7 AM by today morning and I forwarded two mail to digitaltv@airtel.com, but I did not received any updates about it. Airtel Dish tv doing poor service. I am mentally affected by this type of service done by your Airtel company. I will do the consumer compliant.
