I have received calls from the 9007930515 regarding change to 4G. The email shared with us was devidurgadevi13@gmail.com. I am not sure whether this is genuine.
Today I got a call from 9872856099 to verify my mail id. He said he has the above mentioned email id. I am not sure who they are as they sounded weird.
I am been trying to contact them on their phone but is temporarily suspended. I am not sure who they are. Can u please investigate and revert.
121 facility is poor. there is no way to speak to anyone and lodge a complaint.
