• I was approached by one of their dealer in the Mo toh of June 19 about their forthcoming project Sushma pristine tower
• i shown my interest in buying a commercial space with them
• I made a booking by paying 100000 rupee through cheque on 7 June 19 with the commitment that they will get the RERA Approval next month which didn’t happened for another 5-6 month
• i was not given any documents against the payment made
• I made the payment through cheque no 000063 bank name Kotak Mahindra dt 7 June 2019 in Gabor of DREAMCITY REALTORS PVT LTD
• i was never approach first document sign up but got regular follow up for payment
• I didn’t find company commitment up to the mark in terms of RERA approval certificate, no physical document provided ,no documentation signed by me either
• I want my money back with interest
• not able to connect with any responsible person of the  company
