Firstly, I am senior citizen of 68 years old. We are only two persons in our house. Since our son came down here for a month, I had got a fiber 5g connection in 28th November,2022 for 3 months upto feb28th,2023 only. I was assured only three months only and I had paid the charges for 3 months fully. Earlier I had 4G fiber connection. I am continuing the same afte february,2023. During 1st week of March on 9th , I went to JIo Office , Ormes Road, Kilpauk, Chennai to surrender the 5G connection. I was told to contact the jio customer care . No one told me the clear picture. But when I called them, only hindi speaking people answered, which I can’t understand. Later I returned to my home & tried to contact them. Since it is not user friendly, I was unable to contact them. Then after, I had been to Varanasi for a temple visit & returned after 6 days and fell sick of severe coughing, after returning for about 3 weeks. In these circumstances, I was unable to contact them. I had whatsup messages for reminder of paying the bill. No one listened to me , when I contact the whatsup number & explained the situation in whatsup also. But none bothered & torturing me by calling from different numbers at different times, late in the night also.In the following numbers, I had explained, cell Nos.9538589128,9381693518. In these circumstances , I had also mentioned them I am senior citizen, and told them contact me, but in vain. I lost my sleep for the past two and a half months. I didn’t know what to do I request your goodself to help me, to get out of me , from the honey trap of Jio Fiber. I am an old Jio customer of 6 or 7 years. Finally I request your goodself to help others also to direct the Jio fiber Company to employ English & regional language guys to attend whatever be the complaints.
