Non refund of Deposit Amount

DTH Connection No: 3015768846
I was having the above DTH connection for a long time. Previously I got your connection by paying standard installation charges of Rs. 2000 way back if I remember correctly and again got it upgraded to Xstream by paying Rs2500. Now I have decided to surrender my connection due to personal reasons. Yesterday I visited your store at Saraswathipuram, Mysore to surrender my connection. To my surprise and shock one of your staff available at the store informed me that no refund will be given to me on surrendering the connection with Set Top Box.
Sir, I am a retired Central Government Official and a Sr.Citizen, I was treated very badly at your store, which is unbecoming of your reputed service provider. When I asked him what I have to do with DISH, STB & REMOTE after surrendering the connection, he literally said it is a waste you can throw it in the dustbin. I was shocked to get a reply from your staff like that.
Normally, when a connection is surrendered along with the equipment a nominal amount is refunded back to the customer. I am totally disappointed by the behaviour of your staff.
This is for your kind information and needful action please and arrange to refund the deposit amount given at the time of installation after handing over the required equipment provided at the time of installation.
