Had a chat with a team member on 27th May 2022 regarding surrender of account before the due date of recharge of June and confirmed not to pay for the recharge and the person will collect the box. Asked for the alternate number. Received sms regarding the person called could not contact me Wherein did not receive any call either on RMN or alternate number. Had a chat again on 3rd June regarding the surrender of the box. Again the person assured me the request has been escalated. I specifically told the tata team that I am paralytic and have to visit the hospital and to call me before coming. But no call. Again the message tried to contact me but could not reach the number. Again on 11th June again had a chat and the chat was transferred to the senior executive Ms. Anushka Saha. She asked my alternate number. I told her when you cannot get through my RMN what is the use of alternative number. If a call from you it will show a missed call. She again assured me the box will be collected on 12th June. But nobody came. Again had a chat with ms. Anushka then she said you have to recharge of rs.50 to process the surrender of the box. Want to know was the team sleeping till 14th June that i hv to recharge of rs. 50. When I was told on the very first day on 27th May that i do not to recharge. This shows how inefficient the team is. No coordination amongst them to further resolve the issue. They just passing the ball to each other. VERY INEFFICIENT. IF NOT SURRENDERED YHEN WILL APPROACH THE CONSUMER FOR HARASSMENT TO PHYSICALLY CHALLENGED PERSON
