I have taken connection of Jio fibre on 23 September 2020 and raised request for disconnect it and refund Rs. 2500 which was paid at the time of connection. I requested many time for cancelled on the following dates.

Kindly take action against them and instruct them to refund my amount paid by me.
Further, levy penalty for the same.
