I have taken Jio Digital Fibre connection on 23 September, 2021 at Rs. 2500 which can be refunded at the time of surrender of device before 3 years. I raised the request regarding cancelation of connection as my other family member has taken one more Jio connection and it can use by five users.
When i raised request to surrender then Jio Ditial team said only Rs. 1500 will be refunded as Rs. 1000 was installation charges. Even if agreed for that they have not taken back their divice and return my money. I have raised request on the following dates:

26 June 2021
03 July 2021.
Whenever I call them the take new complain and after few dated it shows resolved without anything. I am attaching invoice and screen shots of complains raised by me.
I am requesting you to take appropriate action on Jio Digital Fibre to refund my money and levy penalty for harassing me.
