I want to surrender my broadband connection after today. There is no provision in Airtel thanks app regarding disconnection. I tried to contact customer service personnel through 121 and 198 but there also there is no provision for disconnection nor any body was available to talk or to whom I can communicate. I sent a mail to Airtel on 2nd and 3rd June requesting disconnection of service but no acknowledgement received so far. I am afraid,they will continue to raise bills even after 4th June and threaten me for payment.
