Text of Complaint by Arun Kumar Nigam:

Dear Sir,
* I took the above connection with a plan of Rs 699, in the form of a package and paid Rs 4000/- in advance. This included Broadband as well as TV.
* Due to certain compulsive reasons, I have to travel out of the country for a period of more than 1 yr.
* I contacted Airtel customer care several times getting different versions for surrendering the connection. Someone told me that my remaining balance will be forfeited and some told me that the balance amount will be refunded.
* One person in customer care to
ld me that I will get a refund of Rs 2675 (the balance left in my account) if I surrender today.
* I requested him to GO Ahead and start my surrender process.
* He confirmed that a request has been made. I have to again talk on the same no after 4 hrs.
* After 4 hrs, when I contacted I was informed that “DE-BUNDALLING” was done and nothing was available in your balance.

Dear Sir, I AM NOT ABLE TO UNDERSTAND
1) I purchased ONE PACKAGE for TV & Broadband together and requested for the surrender of this complete package.
2) I never mentioned “DE-BUNDAL” the package.
3) Why I am not entitled for a refund of my remaining balance amount.
4) Why customer care executives MISGUID the customer.

I request your help in the issue.
