I have received the service call from Eureka Forbes stating that AMC got expired and it requires renewal. Customer care conveyed, technician will come and get the AMC renewed. As stated the service technician came and said he is from Eureka Forbes and described about the AMC. I asked I will go for 2 years AMC and will pay through the Eureka Forbes website. He asked me to pay through the gpay. Also said that the amount and the AMC will be reflected in the Eureka Forbes website within 24 hours. But I have received the bill (INV-010223 dated: 07/03/2023, Rs 9849/-) from Sureka Forbes Pvt Ltd and the person says they will provide me the good service. I asked them to refund my amount but they are doing.
