A year back got a call from Eurekha Forbes stating my RO is due for servicing which I obliged and asked them replace the filters. While replacing they told me to get the AMC so that everything will be covered. Until then I wasn’t aware that they are not authorized servicing people from Eurekha. Once I paid and received the bill and it was a shocker to see that its mentioned as Surekha Forbes and when I asked they were telling that the are authorized and they do the service.
One year it worked fine and now its not working since May 12 2023, I called Surekha Forbes and asked them to see. A Service guy came to my home checked and conveyed that some Chip and Filters are gone and has to be replaced. From now the cheating story starts.
From May 13 2023, I am calling them daily and without any shame they say it will be fixed on the same day and until today (24 May 2023) its not done and they are not picking my calls.
May be I have the feeling that this their modus operandi of cheating and am not sure it will be fixed. Whoever read this plz make sure you are not getting into this trap.
And I am not sure this portal will help me or not…
