On 1-Dec-2022, I called EUREKA Forbes to change my water purifier filter. They said they will send their service person. After a day, on 3-Dec-2022, I received a call from a person saying he is from Eureka Forbes. I let him change my water purifier filter and he received a payment of Rs.8500 from me for 2 years AMC deal.
I received an invoice from SUREKA FORBES. I asked him the reason and he said EUREKA FORBES have outsourced servicing to SUREKA FORBES.
But after sometime I received a call from one more person saying he is from EUREKA FORBES. When informed my servicing was already done, he informed me that he is the actual service person from EUREKA FORBES and that SUREKA FORBES is a fraud company.
Two complaints here.
1. Why did SUREKA FORBES give me their service when I never asked for it.
2. I need my refund of Rs.8500. Let them take back their filters (3 nos).
