Hi,
I raised a complaint on my TV on the 10th of July 2022. The SLA states that It should be resolved within 10-15 days. The deadline ended on the 24th of July 2022. When I called on 18th July 2022, the executive told me: As per SLA it will reach you by the 23rd or 24th Of July 2022. But No luck. Again when I called Jeeves CC on 25th I got another 2 days of extension to repair. On the 27th I got a call from Jeeves, they need extra 2 days. On 29th when I called after 5 to 6 attempts one of the CC executives told me that the SLA of Panel repair is 15 days, but for a refund, I need to wait one month. Which is not mentioned anywhere. When I asked them to send me a copy where it has been mentioned, he told me he doesn’t have an option to send me an e-mail. When I asked to connect to a higher authority person. One of them told me they don’t have to option to transfer the call to a higher authority. Another one send let me consult and put the call on hold for 10 mins and the other one disconnected the call.
