I had ordered 01 Wizpad (One No) from Bookmytab website. I have received defective product and it’s not working at all .wants to return the product and please refund the money.

Respected Sir /Madam,
I had ordered a Wizpad Z1 Pro ( 10.1inch ) 6 GB, 64GB,wi – fi + 4GLTE+ Voice Calling, Expanded Memory Up-to 256GB), Coal Black Product Z1 Pro. Through Bookmytab on August 2020.
Today 30/8/20 I have received defective and different product it’s not working at all I have received SKU-138 Tab which is not working. so I’m very disappointed. Wants to return this product and please refund the money. There is no contact no, email is also not working, no customer care number
