Complaint against ShineSummer
I had ordered(order no. SS2325) a new Samsung Galaxy A 10s mobile phone by paying Rs. 2,999 through internet banking. The package delivered to me on 10 May 2020 contained two cheap quality cell phones. I immediately sent an email to “reachusforenquiries@gmail.com) which is the address given on the package.
However, the mail was not delivered under the reason “the address couldn’t be found or is unable to receive email”.
There is no other contact address or phone no. Hence this complaint.
I am attaching a photo of the products delivered, thepacking slip/ label on the package and my emailĀ of the 10th May.
