I placed online order for a Havells Hawk 1100 watt dry iron with Amazon and made advance payment of Rs. 1060/ on 21.11.2021. But surprisingly, when I received the packet on 25.11.2021 and oped it, I got a damaged, old, used, abandoned iron of local make. I fail to understand, being a reputed international organization, why are you trying to cheat the customers.
