Vide an advertisement y Mobilerfic.online in face book, I ordered for a mobile – Celltel 9X,4 + 128 GB offered @ Rs.2999/- (original price quoted: Rs.8999/-)on 17.09.2020, order #SB1174oD and paid through my HDFC Credit Card and the transaction was successful through PayU with ID no. 35636995 and I received a message that the amount was paid to Unistar. I received a parcel on 20th by Bluedart courier and I found that the supplied mobile is a different make and model-Lv Tel 3G and was not functionin because of problem in the on/off button. I tried many a times but there is no response from the Ph. no 9310180943 or e-mail:Care@mobilerfic.online. As per the terms & conditions for refund and replacement, I sent back the item on 22.09.20 by DTDC courier @ a cost of Rs.500/-On 2rd, I received a call from the courier agent stating that the address could not be located and there is no response on the phone no. given . He said that the parcel will be retuned to my address. I understood that the supplier is fraudulent and is cheating the public supplying Chinese phones which are not functioning and outdated models. Please deal the case and try to get the company be arrested for the fraudulent activity in which it is engaged . The supplier’s address on the invoice is: 8/36, A Block Industrial Area, Near Shaktinagar Telephone Exchange, New Delhi-110033. i am enclosing copies of all the required documents for your perusal. Please do me the justice in recovering the moneey and taking action against the fraudsters.
