Hi, I am Naveen Singh, I booked the Flat Supertech Azalia Sector 68 , Sohna Road – Project in 2015 and paid almost 40 Lakhs to Builder, and so far there is not even a single floor is build,
Bank calling for EMI now as Loan is taken on my name and Builder is enjoying with that money, HRERA is a complete failure in this case and taking no action .
Govt body should take legal action against him,
