I have been on this platform for the last two years. In the beginning it used to solve my problems but for the last six months it has done nothing to solve my problems. I have paid my hard earned money to play this game and many occasions it did not credit the sum even after debiting from my bank account. I have not remembered all of it but the recent two transactions for which I want to lodge a complaint. This is 10000 on 30septermber 2023 and 10000 on 03 January 2024.
