I have an issue regarding this application that I have install on my phone this september 21 2022. After I fill up some information. they said that my loan is already approve and sent me 1500 on my gcash but when I check the app my loan amount is 2k plus interest of 310 pesos and my due date was Sept 28, 2022. then I decided to return the money but there is no way to return it. imagine for only 7 days the interest is 810 pesos plus additional 100 pesos for a penalty of late payment. and they are calling every 15mins using different numbers to remind me for my over due loan. they are harassing me that if I will not pay for may over due loan this September 29, 2022 they will send me a demand letter or a collector will come to my house or work. they also contacting other numbers on my phone book without my permission. I want to stop this. can anyone help me regarding this issue.
