sir/madam

I have applied as job seeker on quikr for work from home as data entry. Very next day i got a call from that company for data entry. That lady told me its free type job & asked me do you have laptop/computer. I  said yes. For further details she said i will forward you on whatsapp.

She asked for joining process which will be require i’d proof or address proof & e-mail id

said your registration in process & agreement will be sent to you via in that you have to complete & sign the agreement

all process done & i started my work from monday(7th june 2021). On date of 8th june 2021 my wifi got down & i swichted to mobile data & on 9th june i tried to login directly pop up your i’d has banned. So i called hr she said call to customer care & file your issue on company e-mail address also. As soon as i did all formalities . I got call from there legal department some advocate  he said i am calling from legal department of suntech services & said as per company agreement you misuse the law.He said i have forwaded you mail where you can check mistakes & even on that data .I said him clearly whats was the fault & i apologize him that i accepting my mistake. If you want start your work you have pay penalty + stamp paper amount + gst& cgst amount also & he threaten me if you didnt pay penalty i will logged fir & case on me in which i have to visit wankaner court,gujarat

main thing i didnt paid any single penny to them

i belong to normal family background. i dont want to put myself & my family in any problem.

I think hathway data service & suntech services server are same & fraud. i done small research some people are facing same issue.
