I was approached by an agent from Sunrise Matrimony who shared a few profiles on call. After selecting a suitable profile, they arranged a conference call with a person pretending to be the girl’s father. The way he spoke convinced me that he was genuine.
Trusting them, I paid ₹10,000 via [UPI/Bank Transfer] on [date]. After the payment, the agents stopped picking up my calls and did not respond to my messages. I have attached payment proofs, call details, and other evidence.
This amounts to unfair trade practice, cheating, and mental harassment. I request the Forum to take strict action against the fraudulent company
